2. Payment & Orders
Payment Methods: At Lumy Nails, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. Credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. We accept various currencies (including USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD) to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
Order Revision & Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund by emailing support@lumynails.com with your order number. Because our press-on nails are handcrafted and made to order, requests received after 24 hours cannot be canceled as your order will already be in production.
3. Processing, Shipping & Accuracy
Processing & Delivery: All orders require 2 to 4 business days for handcrafting and quality inspection before dispatch. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your destination. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Lumy Nails is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed orders caused by incorrect address details provided by the buyer. Such orders are non-refundable.
4. Product Nature, Sizing & Care
Handcrafted Nature: Each set of press-on nails is individually handcrafted using high-quality gel products and charms. Slight variations in color tone, placement of charms, or pattern details may occur compared to display images, which is a unique characteristic of handmade items rather than a defect.
Sizing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing our Sizing Guide and measuring their natural nails accurately prior to ordering. Because sets are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or standard returns for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. If your set doesn't fit, please contact support@lumynails.com for sizing replacement options.
Care & Maintenance: Proper nail surface preparation (buffing and dehydrating) and correct adhesive application are essential for long-lasting wear. Avoid exposing your press-on nails to excessive force, harsh chemical solvents, or boiling water to prevent premature detachment or damage.
5. Modifications to Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, design, or service (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Lumy Nails shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or allergic reaction resulting from improper nail application, aggressive removal techniques, or misuse of adhesives.
